Join us for a great all-over strength & toning workout.  Class is lead from start to finish.  We'll work through major muscle groups every workout in a variety of ways.

Modifications for less or more intensity will be explained.  Bring a friend or come on your own, but start making it a habit to look after YOU!  You'll feel welcomed.
